The Isle of Man FSC has published its annual report. It includes several achievements and planned initiatives, including: plans for a formal review of companies and insolvency legislation to be conducted in conjunction with the industry, following introduction of the Companies, (Amendment) Bill 2003; publication of the Commission's corporate business plan for 2003/06; near completion of the CSP licensing process, and imminent publication of the Fiduciary Services Bill; positive industry feedback from onsite supervisory visits and successful implementation of the public viewing system in the companies registry.
