Next month, the publishers of International Investment, City Financial Media, plans to launch a new monthly magazine called Hedge Funds Review. The publication will address the current gap in the market for a magazine that addresses hedge fund issues in Europe.
Launch editor, Deborah Benn, said: "Since International Investment was launched in 1997 we have consistently tapped into new trends, including the growing number of hedge fund launches in Europe. This was part of the reason why International Investment won International Business Magazine last year. Launching a specific magazine which goes into further detail on this topic is a natural extension of our current editorial content."
Commenting on the format Benn added: "There are some respected hedge fund newsletters focusing on news in Europe, but we believe there is a need for a more widely-distributed magazine that gives added value to the industry."
Hedge Funds Review will focus primarily on the burgeoning European hedge fund market and cover a range of topics including new fund launches, prime broker news, regulatory developments as well as hedge fund style analysis and strategy updates.
The magazine will be distributed on a controlled circulation basis.
Interested subscribers should take advantage of the six-month free subscription available at www.hedgefundsreview.com
