Liontrust Asset Management has announced a 20% growth in profit to £10.95m up from £9.1m before tax for its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2005. There has also a 43% increase in the total proposed core dividend for the year to 8.75% from 7.5% the previous year. But funds under management at the year end fell by 13% to £4.40bn from 31 March 2004 due to pension fund withdrawals.
