Royal Skandia has added the New Star International Property and Norwich European Property funds to its platform.
The minimum premiums include £200 per month on its Executive Wealth Builder Account, £350 per month on its Managed Pension Account and Managed Savings Account, and £25,000 for the Collective Investment Bond.
Rich Vincent, head of strategic fund partnerships at Skandia, said: "We've seen huge demand for the existing property funds in our range and there is a definite appetite for the diversification to overseas property exposure these additions provide."
The New Star fund has raised £206m since it opened in May, making it the most successful independent UK retail fund launch of all time.
The fund, which is the first fund of its kind to offer UK retail investors access to international direct commercial property, is also available through the Cofunds and Transact platforms, with others expected to add it in the coming weeks.
