Threadneedle Investments is attempting to step up its distribution presence in the Middle East and Asia through the recruitment of Keith White, who has spent 12 years working in these regions. White, who will initially be based in London and will be head of business development in the Middle East and Asia, will focus on distributing Threadneedle's funds via institutional clients. David Gasparro, head of distribution at Threadneedle, said: "The Middle East and Asian markets are key to our long-term strategy and we have already spent time in the region gradually developing our business." ...
