Charles Stanley has appointed Simon Davis as a director of wealth management in the company's financial services division.
Davis (pictured), previously a director with Broadstone Pensions and Investments, will report to Charles Stanley director Mike Lilwall in the new role.
While at Broadstone, Davis was responsible for launching the life planning service and the business protection service. He was also instrumental in the company obtaining a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Chartered firm status.
Davis said: "After so long working for one organisation I took my time to select a company where I could best bring my skills to bear and after a considered search I felt that Charles Stanley was absolutely the right place for me to be.
"I have been immensely impressed with Charles Stanley which has all the constituent parts to succeed in the Wealth Management space and I am looking forward to being a part of its development over the coming years."
