Partnership Assurance has overhauled its board with the announcement of two new appointments and the departure of Robin Phipps and Marisa Cassoni.
Two new non-executive directors, Simon Waugh and Paul Bishop, have been appointed to replace them. Cassoni will depart on 11 March.
Waugh is the former chief executive and chairman of financial services group AWD Group. He was CEO from 2005, then became chairman in 2007 until 2009.
Bishop will join the board on 1 May. He spent the majority of his career at KPMG.
Partnership chairman Chris Gibson-Smith: "I would like to thank Robin and Marisa for their valuable contributions. Robin has been a non-executive director at Partnership since February 2008 and contributed significantly to the growth of the company over this period."
The new starters will join the boards of both Partnership Assurance and Partnership Home Loans, its equity release arm.
