Adviser network Openwork's chairwoman Kate Avery is to step down at the end of the year after more than four years in office.
Openwork said it had already found a sucessor but was not prepared to make the announcement just yet. Avery joined Openwork as a non-executive director in April 2009 before becoming the board's chairwoman in July 2009. She had previously worked at Barclays and later at Legal & General group, where she was executive director of the wealth management division.
