Chase de Vere is poised to restructure its corporate advice arm but said that side of the business will remain a core part of the firm.
Currently there are 24 advisers who focus purely on Chase de Vere's corporate advice side, in addition to some who are doing work on auto-enrolment.
A spokesperson said that a number of these jobs were "at risk" due to the consultation underway at the firm.
However they added that the plans for the corporate advice arm are still in the proposal stage, and that Chase de Ver "does not envisage" widespread redundancies.
"We are looking at the structure of our corporate advice arm because of the way we think the market is going to develop.
"Corporate advice will still be a core part of our proposition," the spokeperson said.
