The enhanced annuity specialist Partnership has appointed former Tesco Bank compliance director Joanne Evans as its new director of compliance.
Reporting to chief risk officer Kathryn Purves (pictured), Evans will help ensure the company meets it regulatory obligations and has a suitable compliance strategy and culture in place.
The announcement comes two months after Partnership became eligible for conditional dealings on the London Stock Exchange.
Over the course of her 20-year career in financial services, Evans has been a compliance director at Canada Life and a senior manager of regulatory consultancy practice at Deloitte.
She also spent time as the marketing director, customer relations director and supervision team manager at the Financial Services Authority, now the Financial Conduct Authority.
Purves welcomed Evans to the team and described her knowledge of the impaired life sector as "invaluable experience".
Evans said: "Now is a great tome to be joining Partnership as it seeks to continue to grow and develop the business following its recent flotation."
