Axa Elevate clients will be able to view documents online following industry feedback.
Clients will be given the option of receiving correspondence from the platform in paper form or digitally, although certain documents will continue to be sent by post for security reasons.
The platform has introduced an automated alert system that will notify clients via email when they have been sent documents.
AXA Elevate chief operating officer Andrew Smith said: "The way in which people interact with their finances has increasingly moved toward the digital and online space and we feel that the way consumers interact with their platforms should be no different.
"We've been able to develop a solution that balances client and adviser needs with our own regulatory obligations. In addition to the environmental benefits of printing fewer documents, consumers will have instant access to the documents they wish to view, when they want to view them."
