Tenet confirms Richards' replacement in restructure

Tenet has made a number of appointments following the departure of Keith Richards to head the Personal Finance Society.

Helen Turner is to replace Richards as distribution and development director, after developing Tenet's risk-rating arm Sinfonia. The firm has also appointed Phillip Hilling and Gill Davidson to the board. Hilling was formerly the managing partner of the Yorkshire division of Ernst & Young, responsible for developed their northern financial services business. Davidson is currently secretary and general counsel at Coventry Building Society.
