Tenet has made a number of appointments following the departure of Keith Richards to head the Personal Finance Society.
Helen Turner is to replace Richards as distribution and development director, after developing Tenet's risk-rating arm Sinfonia.
The firm has also appointed Phillip Hilling and Gill Davidson to the board.
Hilling was formerly the managing partner of the Yorkshire division of Ernst & Young, responsible for developed their northern financial services business.
Davidson is currently secretary and general counsel at Coventry Building Society.
Rob Waller has taken on a new role within Aegon and consequently resigned his position as a Tenet non-executive director, with his successor to be appointed in the near future.
Tenet executive chairman Martin Greenwood said the restructure would ensure the firm is "perfectly positioned" post-Retail Distribution Review.
