True Potential has increased its 2012 pre-tax profit by 57% year on year, from £2.3m to £3.6m.
The company comprises True Potential Investments, True Potential Wealth Platform, True Potential Wealth Management, and True Potential Adviser Services.
The True Potential Wealth Platform increased pre-tax profit by £3,520 to £0.6m during the year.
Senior partner at True Potential Neil Johnson, said: "Our Investment and Wealth Management businesses [including the platform] were our main growth areas in 2012.
"We are focused on developing innovative ways of enabling IFAs to provide the best advice and service they can to their clients.
"Seeing our pre-tax profits rise by 57% is especially pleasing in the current economic climate and it shows that the right business plan can achieve outstanding results."
True Potential has 109 partners and employees and staff levels increased by 45% year on year by the end of 2012.
