Malcolm Streatfield, chief executive of the Lighthouse Group, has transferred 233,333 ordinary shares of 1p in the company into his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Following the transfer, Streatfield's interest in the company remains unchanged at 2,612,063 ordinary shares. This represents approximately 2.04% of the issued share capital of Lighthouse, the largest listed UK IFA advisory business.
