A former director of a financial advice firm has been charged with fraud.
Martin Geoffrey Blake is due to appear at Sheffield Crown Court on 14 January charged with fraud by false representation.
The trial is set to last for about three weeks.
Blake is a former director at Blake Independent Financial Planning in South Yorkshire. The firm was deauthorised on 12 July 2012, according to the Financial Services Authority register.
Blake could not be reached for comment.
