The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has announced the winners of the 2012 PFS Chartered Awards at its annual conference in Birmingham.
The awards comprise seven categories, including the new award of paraplanner of the year.
Fay Goddard (pictured), chief executive of the PFS, said: "This year's winners saw stiff competition with the awards attracting a record number of entries and this is testament to the increasing focus on professionalism and raising standards within the financial planning sector.
"All the finalists in our individual chartered award serve as role models in the profession of financial planning and the final four firms in the corporate chartered category have each demonstrated their commitment and dedication to both the financial planning profession and the public.
