A group of Nucleus IFAs have produced a free guide to risk management in advisory businesses.

It details the biggest threat to firms post-RDR, including client bank issue, proper use of support tools, investment, platform choice and HR. Kenny McKenzie, a member of the Nucleus advisory board and partner of SAM Wealth, said: "The RDR is going to result in a great deal of business model modification as advisory firms review key parts of their proposition.
