National Advisory Group, Foster Denovo has agreed to acquire the corporate division of wealth manager Barker Poland.
The division will compliment the company's existing Employee Benefits Division, and will operate under the Secondsight brand.
Staff will be moved into Foster Denovo's City of London office.
Foster Denovo chief executive Roger Brosch said: "We are delighted the corporate division of Barker Poland will be joining our business.
"Acquisitions present interesting opportunities for us and are a key part of our growth strategy both pre and post-RDR.
Also commenting on the transfer, Patrick Barker, chairman of Barker Poland, said: "This deal provides long term security for our staff and the prospect of enhanced services to our corporate division.
"The transfer will allow us to concentrate on, and further develop, our asset management business operated through Barker Poland Asset Management."
