Wealth management group Ashcourt Rowan has appointed two chief executives to head up its financial planning and asset management divisions.
Chris Williams will become chief executive of Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning, while Christopher Jeffreys will assume the same position at Ashcourt Rowan Asset management.
The appointments are internal and were made by group chief executive Jonathan Polin as part of a change management programme.
Williams will be responsible for ensuring the financial planning business can navigate the challenges presented by the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).
Jeffreys will continue to oversee the ongoing integration of the Group's asset management capabilities into a single Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management (ARAM) business.
Polin said: "These appointments demonstrate our commitment to creating a leading, modern and fully integrated wealth management business with market leading investment management and financial planning capabilities."
