AWD Chase De Vere has partnered with Welsh accountancy firm ktsowensthomas (KTS) following a tender process.
The initiative will see KTS refer clients exclusively to AWD Chase De Vere. The companies have not worked together in the past.
The deal will include investment and pension advice for private clients and strategies to prepare for and implement pension auto-enrolment for business clients.
Head of communications for AWD Chase De Vere, Patrick Connolly, said that KTS had been looking for a company with breadth and coverage within the corporate and private client space.
"It was also looking for a firm to service the South Wales area and we have an office in Cardiff and advisers situated throughout Wales." he said.
Stephen Kavanagh, chief executive AWD Chase de Vere (pictured), said: "We are excited to be working with KTS. Our specialist knowledge will help their corporate clients with the changes taking place in business and pension legislation as well as provide their private clients with financial planning advice."
