Platform Ascentric is to hold a series of open days for advisers to help them better understand the service.
The open days will be held on the last Wednesday of every month and will allow intermediaries to try out the wrap's latest technology developments and meet its senior managers.
Ascentric sales and marketing director, Mike Morrow, said the days could play an important part in users' due diligence processes.
"How a platform operates can be something of a dark art for advisers," said Morrow.
"We want to throw open our doors to Ascentric users so that they can gain a real insight into how we operate and understand what we do with their client money."
