IFA network, In-Partnership has taken on several technology solutions from Capita Financial Software that will integrate with the company's back office system.
The new technology will include products from Capita's Synaptic range including Modeller and Analyser as well as its protection quotation portal, Webline.
The technology will be taken on in addition to Synaptic Product, Fund and Comparator which the company is already using.
"The new technology will be integrated into the back office system. This means that once advisers have entered a client's details they can be accessible through any of these Capita products. It allows for 'straight-through processing,' said Kevin McDonagh CEO of the On-Line Partnership Group.
"The software also allows us to deploy ‘robust and repeatable processes' in line with what is required by the retail distribution review," he said.
