Aussie tech giant launches in UK with Sesame link-up

Australian software giant IRESS has launched in the UK by securing a long-term deal to provide front and back-office technology solutions to Sesame Bankhall Group.

Sesame Bankhall advisers will have access to XPLAN, the provider's "next generation" advice platform which it says will be fully RDR-ready. Sesame said the technology will initially support its restricted advice and investment solutions propositions, before being rolled out to the wider group. The UK division of IRESS will be run by the directors behind financial services consultancy AT8 group.
