Just 16 MPs sign motion for immediate FSCS review

Just 16 MPs have signed an Early Day Motion (EDM) in Parliament calling for an immediate review of the FSCS.

It was originally tabled on 4 April by Labour MP Alan Meale and "calls on the government to begin immediately its promised review of the FSCS and not to countenance any further delay in fully examining the objectives of the scheme and the consequences of its actions". However, it has only been signed by 15 other MPs so far, mostly from the Labour Party, with only one, Peter Bottomley, from the Conservatives.
