Capita Financial Software has appointed Adam Byford as managing director, following Matt Humphrey's resignation.
Humphrey is stepping down to spend more time with his family, according to Capita.
New MD Byford will takeover with effect from 3 May, though Humphrey will not leave until July after a comprehensive handover period.
Byford joined Webline in 2005 and has been with Capita since its creation. He was appointed to the senior management team in 2009.
Elsewhere, Capita has recruited Jonathan Phillips to the role of enterprise sales manager. Joining from Distribution Technology, he brings with him extensive experience in the portal and back office markets.
Sean Donaghey has also been recruited as sales manager.
