Neil Bridge to leave Schroders

Neil Bridge, Schroders' head of UK retail sales, is leaving the firm at the end of December after more than 21 years.

Bridge, who began his career at US company Aetna Investment Management, moved to Schroders in 1989 alongside Robin Stoakley, now the group's managing director of UK intermediary. "I have achieved everything I wanted to achieve here and have built a great team who I am sure will continue to do well in the future," Bridge says. "There are many opportunities in the market, on both sides of the fence. For example the opportunities are great in the discretionary space in the lead-up to RDR."
