A free guide designed to help adviser firms select a discretionary manager has been launched by Defaqto.
The guide outlines the role of a discretionary manager and provides tips on how to carry out appropriate due diligence when selecting a discretionary partner. Defaqto says its due diligence checklist will help firms appraise and compare provider performance, assess managers' expertise and resource, and compare charges.
