Openwork has announced the appointment of Mark Duckworth as its new commercial development director.
The network has created the role as part of its drive to develop its group and distribution strategy and Duckworth will oversee the development of its investment fund proposition.
He arrives having been distribution and partnerships director at Living Time and has previously worked for Prudential, AXA and Scottish Amicable.
Duckworth says: "Openwork is a strong business with ambitious plans for the future and I look forward to working closely with the management team to drive its future growth.
"Few, if any, networks are as well placed to flourish in the post-RDR world and this is an exciting time to be joining the business."
Duckworth will report to Martin Davies, CEO of Openwork, and will assume his role on 1 November.
