Advisers preparing for the RO6 component of the Diploma in Financial Planning have been offered online support by Zurich UK Life.
The RO6 exam was recently introduced to allow advisers to develop and demonstrate their financial planning capabilities by testing practical application of technical knowledge and their planning skills.
This is done through two case studies, which are sent to candidates a fortnight before the examination.
Zurich's service provides in-depth webcasts based on these latest case studies as well as tips and likely exam questions, to help prepare advisers for the RDR-compliant paper.
Edward Grant, wealth solutions sales manager at Zurich Financial Services, says: "When we created a similar online support package for the previous JO8 Diploma exam, we saw 900 people accessing it up to seven times.
"This was all in the space of a week and a half and the feedback was tremendous.
"In what was a very narrow window for preparing for the exam, the webcasts and training resources were widely and freely available and those who used it said that they found it very useful."
