Paradigm Norton eyes more deals after double acquisition

Paradigm Norton expects to make further acquisitions in the coming months after buying one financial planning business and taking a majority stake in another.

The Bristol-based firm has acquired David Jones Financial Planning, based in Torquay, and taken a majority stake in Hooper & Wollen Financial Planning, also in Torquay. Paradigm Norton, founded in 2001, now employs a team of 32, and CEO Barry Horner says more acquisitions are planned. "We are thrilled to be acquiring these businesses as both share our commitment to delivering excellence in client care," he says.
