Paradigm Pensions is working with benefits software provider Staffcare to create a web-based benefits package for employees and employers, available only through IFAs.
The package, which will go live on Paradigm Pensions founder Steve Bee's Jargon Free Pensions website at the end of September, aims to improve how employees access information and make decisions about their pay and benefits.
"While pensions, and the people that own them, have changed a great deal over the years the way that employers and pension providers communicate about them has not," Bee says.
"What we are developing with Staffcare is going to change all that and, in doing so, help IFAs to provide a unique service for new and existing corporate clients and their staff."
"With over a million new pension schemes being set up by employers across the country over the next five years there is a real opportunity for IFAs of all shapes and sizes to play an important role in how they look and feel.
"In fact, I would go as far as to say that without the active engagement of the IFA community the long-term future of the UK pension system will be a shadow of what it could be.
"I think we must do all we can to ensure employees are not auto-enrolled into minimum level, sub-standard schemes."
Phil Hollingdale, chief executive of Staffcare says: "The package we are building, which will manage the process of pension auto-enrolment as well as all employer-provided benefits, is something I am confident will go on to set the standard for how employers communicate benefits to their staff in the modern workplace."
