Cofunds head of sales Nick Godfrey and national sales manager Paul Rose have left the company as part of a restructuring of the business.
In an internal note to Cofunds staff, marketing director Alastair Conway (pictured) says the client-facing teams of sales, marketing and proposition are being brought together to offer a more "joined-up service" to IFAs.
"This restructure unfortunately means that Nick Godfrey and Paul Rose will be leaving the business with immediate effect," he says.
Further changes under the restructure will see Russell Lancaster‘s role as head of commercial expand to include the management of the key accounts team.
Verona Smith, in addition to leading the proposition team, will head up the team focusing on services encouraging adoption of the platform's technology by adviser business.
Stephen Wynne-Jones remains head of marketing but will also manage and co-ordinate the delivery of projects across the sales and marketing department.
Ian Meredith will manage the regional sales team and Paul Bagley continues to manage the office based sales team.
The restructure follows the departure of CEO Brett Williams in July after 18 months at the helm. He was replaced by chairman Charlie Eppinger, now interim CEO.
