1st Exchange to launch white-label client comm's tool

Technology provider 1st Exchange is launching a white-label client communication portal for advisers.

The tool, which will be available in the winter, offers intermediaries instant access to client requests and can also be linked to advisers' own websites. For clients, the portal provides a single online view of personal information which is linked to Adviser Office, with the ability to check the status of applications in progress in real time. Customers can also ask their adviser questions and update their personal information using the service, which is compatible with iPhones and BlackBerry.
