Tenet is undergoing a re-brand as it looks to simplify its corporate structure by bringing its component businesses under three new identities.
The realignment - which Tenet says is being implemented following feedback from advisers - goes live on 1 March.
Under the re-jig, the new group structure comprises Tenet Connect (formerly Interdependence and M&E), Tenet Select (formerly Tenet Support Services) and Tenet Lime (formerly Lifetime Insurance Mortgage Experts and Premier Partnerships).
The three brands will be incorporated in a new logo.
Underpinning the new identity is a simplified website, including a directory for consumers to find their nearest adviser. A refreshed private extranet site is planned for later in the year.
CEO Simon Hudson says the rebrand marks a complete culture change for the company.
"The rebrand is being implemented following feedback from existing advisers and extensive independent research into what intermediaries want and how Tenet is perceived in the market as a whole," he says.
"It revealed a number of very interesting things, chief amongst which was a need to simplify our business and make our services more easily available."
Tenet Group is the largest independently-owned UK adviser support group, providing services to more than 5,000 advisers.
