Russell Investments has raided three UK insurers to find new recruits for its adviser support team.
Alistair Wilson, John Dowson and Lester Curley join the UK private client services team.
Dowson, regional director for North England, has worked in financial services for over 34 years and joins from Scottish Widows UK where he was an investment development manager.
Wilson, regional director Scotland and Northern Ireland, joins from Skandia where he was regional sales manager and managed a team of consultants throughout Scotland.
Curley, regional director Midlands, joins from Standard Life where he was business development manager for the sales investment team.
Russell Investments managing director, UK private client services, Peter Hugh Smith, says of the new hires: "They bring a wealth of retail experience which will help us drive forward our business in this area.
"These appointments demonstrate our belief in service not selling, and our commitment to helping advisers to provide the best service possible for their clients."
Last week, Russell Investments joined FundsNetwork, adding four funds to the platform: IM Russell ICVC Defensive Assets fund, IM Russell ICVC UK Growth Assets fund, IM Russell ICVC International Growth Assets fund and IM Russell ICVC Real Assets Fund.
