IN Partnership is continuing its growth plans with the addition of Bragagnini Associates Financial Solutions to the network.
Bragagnini Associates is a 15-strong team of advisers covering the investment, pension and corporate planning division for the Bragagnini Group.
Run by former Bluefin advisers Kevin King and David Forster, the firm has offices in The City, Watford and Essex.
King says: "Having worked with Mark [Pittaccio, IN Partnership's investment and transition director] before we knew he could assist with the development of our client proposition and investment strategy."
He says the IN Partnership offer complemented his own business growth plans.
The network says it has designed its approach to appeal to younger business owners like Bragagnini, who are growing their number of registered individuals.
Pittaccio says: "If you are looking to exit the industry prior to 2012 then joining a consolidator and aggregating your funds on the basis they may one day sell for more could make sense, though the consolidator retains an additional margin from the investment house.
"But it makes no sense for businesses who want to build and grow or even advisers who want to run a small advisory business for the foreseeable future to give away this recurring income," he adds.
IN Partnership says it aims to continue its growth in 2010 and is currently on the look-out for advice firms who want to expand as well as remain in the profession post-2012.
