Consolidation and business consultancy firm Succession Advisory Services has signed up East Anglia-based IFA Insight Financial Associates as a regional hub.
Succession says it is also on the verge of announcing another deal that, when combined with Insight, will "serve to double the size of the Succession business", which aims to create 85 "aligned" firms with £7bn funds under management (FUM).
Insight, which boasts 24 advisers and £200m FUM, says it will use the partnership to first become "RDR proof", then look to acquire local IFA businesses.
As well as Insight Financial Associates, the business incorporates Insight Mortgage Solutions, Insight Worldwide and Foresight Estate Planning and Will Writing.
"Our partnership with Insight is testament to the fact the Succession proposition is attractive to the biggest and best IFAs," Succession co-founder and CEO Simon Chamberlain says.
