Sage network members Millfield Osceola Financial Consulting and Doe and Davies LLP have joined Succession Advisory Services.
The firms, appointed representatives of Sage, will outsource their investment management to Succession as well as embark on its business transition programme. Both firms will remain members of Sage Financial Services.
The deal commits combined funds under management of £115m to Succession, co-founded by former Thinc CEO Simon Chamberlain, and its Investment Matrix.
"Whether network members or not, progressive IFA businesses are excited by the Succession proposition," Chamberlain says.
"I would encourage network organisations to regard the Succession proposition as an enhancement to the services and support they already provide to their members."
Fee-based Doe and Davies, run by Trevor Doe and Alun Davies, has 10 advisers and caters for high net worth clients and business owners. Millfield Osceola, which has offices in Twyford and Cardiff, offers advice on investments, personal pensions, mortgages and long-term care.
Andy Clark, director of Osceola Financial Consulting, says: "Engaging with Succession allows us to retain our independence while accessing a market leading and bespoke investment solutions business transition programme.
"The forthcoming regulatory changes in 2012 have provided us with the challenge and motivation to significantly evolve our business and Succession is the ideal business partner to help us achieve this."
Partner Insight: James Bateman, chief investment officer for Multi Asset at Fidelity International, argues investors need to ensure they are protected against negative market movements following February's pull-back.
