Perspective acquires Platinum Portfolios

Perspective Financial Group today acquired Platinum Portfolios, marking the Wilmslow-based consolidator's final acquisition in 2009.

The acquisition of Platinum Portfolios, an IFA based in East Sussex, brings to twelve the number of individual practices to become part of Perspective Group. It also boosts Perspective's annualised turnover to £12m and funds under advisory and management to over £870m. "To have a firm such as Platinum join Perspective is a clear sign of our ambition to only acquire the best IFA firms in the country," says Perspective managing director Damian Keeling.
