Tenet's mortgage network LIME has signed a strategic alliance with The Whitechurch Network.
The arrangement will provide access for Whitechurch members to LIME's mortgage club, including its 20 "key" lenders, as well as provide direct payments.
LIME says Whitechurch members will initially be able to leverage higher procuration and commission terms, but adds both organisations "are open to further cross development initiatives".
Ian McIver, managing director of The Whitechurch Network, says: "The ability of a network member to really control and influence their own distribution is a phrase that is often overused but is actually quite rare. However, this arrangement allows members to decide what suits them best."
In addition to LIME (Lifetime Insurance Mortgage Experts), Tenet Group includes two traditional IFA networks (M&E and Interdependence), Tenet Support Services (for directly-regulated IFAs) and Premier Partnerships (a protection solution for principal and directly authorised firms).
