Cofunds founder Andy Creak and finance director Andrew Harris are leaving the platform.
Creak is currently managing director, business development and a founding member of the company.
Harris joined Cofunds in 2003 and is currently managing director, finance and controls.
The announcement comes just days after David Dalton-Brown, head of Fidelity FundsNetwork, resigned his post.
Creak worked initially with Cap Gemini, managing the launch of Cofunds and then taking on the development of the IT team. In September 2004, he took on the responsibility of running Cofunds' client services unit.
Prior to joining Cofunds, Harris worked as a finance director for Save & Prosper and was also CFO for the European asset management business of J.P. Morgan Chase.
