Principal continues growth drive with new appointments

Principal Investment Management has added two senior managers to its investment team as part of its continuing expansion strategy.

Robert Allinson - formerly at Heartwood Wealth as associate director of managed funds - becomes the latest senior investment manager at Principal. Former UBS associate director Palak Patel also joins as an investment manager. Hugh Titcomb, Principal's CEO, says: "I am delighted that Palak and Robert will be joining Principal. Both bring a wealth of investment experience to the company and will play a key role in our ambition to develop the business.
