IFAs are being offered the chance to see Robert Peston and Andrew Neil discuss the challenges of meeting the financial needs of an ageing population.
This October, Partnership Assurance is hosting a series of symposia, featuring BBC business editor, Robert Peston, and presenter of This Week, Andrew Neil.
They will be joined by Watson Wyatt's Colette Dunn and Partnership's CEO, Steve Groves to discuss the urgent need for all advisers to have a good understanding of later-life financial planning needs.
Andrew Megson, managing director of retirement at Partnership, says: "With our sound expertise and heritage in both the retirement income and the care insurance and annuity markets, we are well positioned to raise awareness of the crucial later-life issues that will soon impact on the whole of the IFA community."
The events will take place in Rudding Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire on 20 October 2009; Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Knightsbridge, London on 22 October 2009 and Walton Hall, Warwickshire on 23 October 2009.
As well as the main discussion on later-life financial planning, advisers will also be able to attend technical expert sessions on retirement income planning and long-term care.
