2Plan's tech arm adds new IT chief

Figure Out, the technology arm of newly launched national IFA firm 2Plan, has appointed Jonathan Story IT development head.

Backed by Standard Life, 2Plan provides whole of market advice, compliance and technology services to self-employed UK advisers. Formerly of Positive Solutions, Story was part of the team to produce its in-house back office systems and XML links to product providers. 2Plan says Story will work closely with IT Director Mark Smith to develop its business processes. “Jonathan will be a huge asset to both Figure Out and 2Plan, bringing to the fold a wealth of IT experience and expertise in the financial services sector," 2Plan CEO Chris Smallwood says. “I know of his capabilities from when ...
