Trigold has announced that it will launch an customer relationship management (CRM) integration tool between its Prospector AAA mortgage sourcing software and Microsoft Outlook next month.
The platform will enable Trigold’s Prospector AAA users to share customer information between Prospector AAA and Outlook.
It will also allow multiple recall dates within Trigold to be displayed in the Outlook calendar. Using a new section within the existing client management process, Trigold says advisors will be able to add, edit or delete multiple recall dates for future customer activity, such as end of a mortgage tie-in period, expiration of an insurance policy, or scheduled meetings.
The latest enhancement comes on the back of the recently launched Enhanced Non Conforming sourcing module and the new range of Compliance Shield Audit Tools.
Bill Safran, chief executive of Trigold, says: “An advisor’s client relationship and sales opportunities do not end when the initial mortgage is completed and a good system should facilitate the ongoing management of the relationship. This integration will bring together the strengths of Trigold’s Prospector AAA and Microsoft’s Outlook.”
Brian Pitt, director of Beacon Mortgages says the new facility will give brokers greater control over the management of their client data and save considerable time. “The new recall date feature will remind our advisors of important dates for their customers thereby providing better service to their customers and greater earning opportunities,” he adds.
