Second packager relationship for Heritable

Heritable Bank has today announced its second packager relationship in as many months as part of its strategy to broaden access to its specialist lending products.

The partnership, with BDS Mortgage Group, will give the packager access to a dedicated underwriter from Heritable to create bespoke solutions for complex cases. BDS will also have access to Heritable’s full product range. Adrian Scott, managing director of residential mortgages at Heritable, says he is hopeful the relationship with BDS will allow the packager to meet the needs of many more clients through individual underwriting facilities.
