All Types of Mortgages (AToM) has today launched its ‘Remo Package', which combines valuation and legal costs into a single discounted application fee.
The package was created in conjunction with Easier2Move, a conveyancing and legal specialist, and is designed to help introducers save money for their clients when remortgaging. The package combines lender valuation costs with standard legal charges for remortgaging and includes VAT and normal disbursements in the price. AToM says combining the various costs of remortgaging can save borrowers as much as £749.
