Tenon Financial Services (TFS) has chosen SEI to provide global wealth platform services as part of its new business model.
TFS, part of the Tenon accountancy group, hopes to transform its advice business into a client-focused wealth management service.
TFS wants to use SEI's wealth management platform to build a scalable and profitable business, with a focus on giving clients "a personal experience".
The group wanted a single platform to deal with all end-to-end wealth processing needs to allow it to easily acquire and integrate new businesses and to convert £2bn of existing client assets.
Brandon Sharrett, director of SEI Global Wealth Services, says: "Tenon Financial Services is embracing a new wealth management model and understands the strength of forming a strategic partnership to align itself for growth.
"We believe that our offering will provide a key differentiator for their business, offering a platform designed to facilitate this growth whilst managing operational risk and reducing capital expenditures."
Andy Raynor, CEO of Tenon Group, adds: "We have ambitious growth plans for our financial services division, and this strategic partnership is another step in our drive to significantly increase both the scale and value of the division and more rapidly achieve those goals."
