Money Portal buys Millfield for £10m

Millfield has found a buyer in the form of the Money Portal, which is to purchase Millfield Partnership Limited, and has an option to buy Sage Financial Services, for £10.6m.

The IFA firm issued a statement to the stock exchange a short while ago in which it said: “ The directors of Millfield Group plc announce that binding heads of agreement have been exchanged under which an option will be granted entitling the Company to require the Money Portal Plc to purchase the assets of Millfield Partenrship Limited and the issued share capital of Sage Financial Services Limited for an aggregate consideration of approximately £10.6m."
