Thinc Group corporate strategy director Roderic Rennison and operations director Nick Kelly will leave the group within the next three months.
Kelly will leave to take another job while Rennision is taking a career break.
Group finance director Philip Anderson will assume responsibility for risk and compliance while Mark Turner will join from Axa’s strategy team as operations director.
Rennison, who has spent 30 years in financial services, has worked at Thinc for more than three years. He has also chaired the FSA retail distribution review group on professionalism and reputation and worked at Bradford & Bingley Group as group financial services director and in sales and strategy at Merrill Lynch.
Kelly joined Thinc Destini, Thinc Group’s former name, in February 2006. Previously he worked at Tenet as managing director of adviser networks M&E and Interdependence.
In July last year, John Simmonds, already a Thinc director, replaced chief executive Simon Chamberlain who retired from the industry.
